Evaluation is the key to understanding what actually happened, discussing problems within the emergency handling, and learning from it. Training is not a test, not an exam. The only purpose of training is to get better, smarter, and eventually safer. We have created a vast evaluation module that gives you a quick overview as well as in-depth information on the individual training sessions.

Main features

You see a time-line showing what happened when (as text or images), a print-ready report describing the entire session, and an in-depth look into the communication between the employees. For instance, does the latter reveal the actual hierarchy of the group – who are the formal and informal leaders, who says what, when and why? That knowledge will be essential when you plan future initiatives and emergency plans.
