External input

External inputs are vital for the impact of our learning

Our partners (external training providers) play an active role in how scenarios are shaped and altered.

Training sessions can be performed with or without an instructor/supervisor. Some types of session don’t require an instructor; for others an instructor is more relevant.

The instructors/supervisors shape the training sessions when they participate – for instance by surveillance of the sessions, stressing the participants, adding unforeseen events to the session, and so on. Note that instructors/supervisors do not have to be physically present to participate. They can be onshore, in a training center, etc.

Receive inputs and share knowledge

Our Virtual Simulator is conceived and designed as an open platform ready to receive inputs and share knowledge. We believe this to be essential for its success. The inputs and sharing of information comes in various forms. Most importantly, you as a client give the vital inputs to the scenarios and sessions. You know the daily routines and everyday life of your company, platform, rig and employees; we can bring it all to life in the Virtual Simulator.
