Availability & Team training

The importance of availability – the importance of team training

Availability is king

Take a minute to consider all the advantages of enabling your entire staff to train whenever they can or want to. No schedules, no overtime, no transport, no stress. Furthermore, as you train on-site you can take advantage of new knowledge and learning straightaway. You can train 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As we are aware of issues such as unreliable web connections, we have designed the entire system so that it is not dependent on a stable web connection.

Offshore, no-one works solo

Everything is the result of a team effort – including in an emergency. Therefore our Virtual Simulation focuses on team training (with or without an instructor). Assignments can be solved in teams – and all emergency communication within the team is vital for handling emergency situations. When training as a team, learners do not need to be physically present in the same room. This means team members can train together when some are onshore and others are offshore. In team training, natural (informal) leaders can emerge, providing managers with valuable insight. Individuals do not always have to train as a team; they can (and should) do individual process training to strengthen specific skills to supplement the team training.
